Opening brief
The digital strategist needs to...
Section 01
IdentifytheConstraints
Diagnosis Before Direction
Before choosing a channel or tactic, I want to understand what the business is trying to change, where the audience journey is breaking, and which evidence can separate the actual constraint from the visible symptom.
Section 02
DesigntheJourney
Sequence before channels
Once the constraint is clear, the work becomes a question of sequence. What should someone encounter first? What should happen next? Which channels have a job to do, where does friction exist, and where can content or automation make the experience more useful?
Section 03
DirecttheExecution
Clarity then Production
Strategy only matters if it survives execution. Every piece of content, creative, technology and automation should have a clear audience, purpose and intended behavior. The people building it should understand not only what they’re making, but why it needs to exist.
Section 04
MeasuretheResponse
Behavior and Reporting
If I can’t see what people do, I can’t know whether the strategy worked. Measurement is built around meaningful behavior: where people came from, what they encountered, what they did next, where they stopped, and whether the intended action actually happened.
Section 05
RefinetheStrategy
Evidence for Decisions
A launch is a educated hypothesis. I compare what people actually did with what we expected them to do, look for the reason behind the difference, and use that evidence to decide what should be kept, changed, tested or removed next.

I'm at my best when the answer isn't obvious yet. Give me the objective, the context, and whatever evidence there is, and I'll start figuring out what needs to happen. The Digital Strategist role at Terra is a mutually strong fit on paper - let's take the next step.
