City of Atlanta State of Tech: two consecutive winning engagements

Institutional technology reporting has to operate at two levels: establish the credibility of the information and make its implications understandable to an audience outside the working team. A competitive RFP adds a prior challenge—demonstrating a well-reasoned approach before the work is awarded.

I helped shape bid strategy and persuasive materials, then worked across reporting structure, narrative, visual presentation and delivery for the State of Tech engagements. The value lay in organizing varied information into a useful story with clear hierarchy and professional finish.
