Built and connected the band's website, newsletter acquisition, fan contributions, tour-email segmentation, marketing automation, and analytics. Compared welcome-email flows improved from approximately 13% to 41% opens and 1.3% to 23% clicks.
As Director of Growth & Marketing and the third team member, led creator acquisition, onboarding, partnerships, community, and lifecycle work while active users grew from roughly 5,000 to more than 60,000.
Led artist management, brand direction, releases and owned-channel operations as monthly Spotify listeners grew from approximately 25K to a peak near 90K, Instagram from 25K to more than 50K, and email from under 1K to over 4K.
